We are at the start of our AI journey and need someone to shape our product and processes. The successful candidate will be capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining AI models in a distributed production environment. They will also develop bespoke AI solutions to automate workflows, generate insights, and create efficiencies for our users.

Main responsibilities include:

• Designing AI systems to solve complex problems
• Machine learning and AI development to create a wide range of applications
• Model evaluation and selection considering wider impacts
• Productionising AI by owning the process past deployment
• Data management working with data engineers to build and maintain data pipelines
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and full stack developers

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks (Sklearn, Pytorch, Tensorflow, spaCy, etc.)
• Strong understanding of traditional machine learning techniques (linear/logistic regression, randomForest, GBM, etc.)
• Experience deploying machine learning models to production environments (Previous experience with Azure is advantageous)
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or equivalent experience (Masters or PhD advantageous)

The ideal candidate may also have knowledge of deep learning architectures, previous experience working with LLMs, or experience developing and maintaining data pipelines.
