    The Role

    Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of teenagers? We're seeking someone just like you to join our team dedicated to creating a warm and supportive 'home away from home' for our boarders.

    This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity until the end of this year (with the possibility of the role becoming ongoing). You will work a 7-day roster rotation that includes three sleepovers per week, at our beautiful, modern, spacious, well-resourced onsite Boarding House at PLC in Burwood.

    As part of a close-knit and collaborative Boarding House team, you'll play a pivotal role in planning, preparing and carrying out a variety of activities to enhance our boarders' daily lives, foster engagement, and support their overall growth and development.

    About You

    We're looking for someone with a genuine interest for supporting teenagers in a residential setting.

    You'll have the skills to build positive relationships with young people, provide pastoral care, and monitor their progress socially, emotionally and academically.

    You have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and a commitment to upholding confidentiality and privacy.
