    As aSite Manager , you will gain exposure to prestigious projects on large building/construction sites.

    Duties and Responsibilities:


    The Management of employees, subcontractors, and materials to ensure the safe and effective delivery of contract worksEnsure site works are carried out in the most efficient manner possible to achieve optimum commercial results for the contracts under his/her controlEnsure contract costs are managed within budget and programmeEnsuring all work is completed to an acceptable quality standard and in compliance with specificationEnsure the implementation of Quality Management System to include Quality and Environmental processes and proceduresEnsure adequate resources are in place for contracts under their controlEnsure contract review meetings are held on all contractsEnsure Pre-Appointment and coordination meetings are held with all subcontractorsComplete "Performance Reviews" and the "Personal Development Plans" for direct reports ensuring future staff developmentNecessary skills and requirements:Have a minimum of 5 years construction Site Manager ExperienceExperience of working on pharmaceutical projects essentialHave a sound knowledge of current construction techniquesKnowledge of construction methods and best practice, technologies, and materialsKnowledge and understanding of subcontract/material procurementKnowledge of standards and specificationsKnowledge of Safety & Health and Quality Policies and ProceduresHave a proven track record of seeing projects through to their successful completionFamiliar with MS Office applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel, and OutlookStrong and effective communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytically thinker with demonstrated problem solving skillsAbility to perform multiple tasks at a high level of qualityAbility to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environmentFor more information about this role or others, contact Criostoir Davey at Oradeo Recruitmenton or apply in confidence.
