- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts and Board reports.
- Accrued revenue calculation and journal posting for entities.
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee the completeness and accuracy of the fixed assets register.
- Assist in preparation of year end accounts and audit requirements.
- Provide information as required for new business/tender requests for the group.
- Provide accounting support to the Finance Team
- GST / BAS / FBT completion and lodgements for entities in the RCC group
- Assist in preparation of income tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Confident & collaborative communicator
- Self-motivated and intuitively natured
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus but not a must
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems, including but not limited to QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Australian taxation and accounting standards.
