    You are a results orientated and seasoned Business Project Manager who will work and engage with business leaders within the Bank's transformation program. You are an engaging and collaborative Project Manager who will work to lead, plan, and deliver change relating to Monetary Policy.

    You will have prior success and a strong proficiency in end-to-end project management methodologies and experience in project planning, risk management and program reporting, to deliver business value.

    This is a 12-Month Max Term position.

    Your skills, background and experiences are:

    Manage, plan, and direct all aspects of work for a project to ensure it delivers agreed outcomes and project deadlines.

    Deliver a structured project management approach and methodology, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks, processes and practices managing all aspects of the project.

    Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.

    Identify and manage risks and issues, develop plans to mitigate risk and implement these in a timely manner, measuring effectiveness.

    Organise project stream, assigning individual responsibilities and monitoring progress.

    Demonstrated and proven capability in observing interdependencies across programs .

    Experience defining tools (e.g., Jira) and techniques in accordance with established process that will best support successful performance.

    Your team

    You will report to the Deputy Head, Future Hub (within the Monetary Policy Stream) and the Program Management Office.

    The RBA Future Hub is responsible for leading the Bank's Transformation Program, in response to the Review of the RBA. This is an opportunity to make the Bank more effective and transparent, ready for the future.

    This work will help to ensure that in a generation's time the Bank is still a globally respected central bank and is recognised as having made a substantial contribution to furthering the economic prosperity and welfare of Australia.
