- Lead and motivate the Victorian team to ensure the achievement of key business targets.
- Plan, promote and actively sell all TES products to wholesale and retail customers within the South Australia trading area.
- Provide expert product advice to existing and potential TES customers both internal and external.
- Deliver agreed gross profit, market share and sales objectives.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Commercial vehicle hydraulic experience is highly desirable.
- Commercial vehicle brakes experience is preferable.
- Proven facilitation, networking and relationship building skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and people/team development experience
- Be able to show initiative, solve problems and make decisions.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
