    Description

    ClearCompany is partnering with a leading supply chain and logistics organisation to source a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven track record in securing large-scale clients by promoting tailored 3PL warehousing solutions.

    This is a permanent, full-time position open to candidates based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

    About the Role:

    You'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing large-scale warehousing accounts through strategic selling and solution design. With the support of technical and operational teams, you'll lead long-cycle sales engagements and drive revenue growth by delivering high-value, customised logistics solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop new business opportunities in 3PL warehousing and supply chain services
    • Build long-term, strategic relationships with enterprise clients
    • Manage complex, high-value sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
    • Partner with internal solution design, pricing, and operational teams
    • Provide commercial insight and input into growth strategies

    Key Requirements:

    • Demonstrated business development experience in 3PL warehousing services (essential)
    • A track record of closing large-scale accounts and managing long sales cycles
    • Strong experience in customer negotiation and solution-based selling
    • High level of commercial acumen and the ability to influence at all levels
    • A go-getter mindset – driven, energetic, and results-oriented
    • Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and create tailored solutions
