The role of Site Manager will see you working in the Hunter Valley and responsible for leading shutdown and project delivery activities across the business, involved with estimating, planning, execution of our maintenance and shutdown works.
Key Responsibilities will include and not limited to:
Ensure appropriate resources, structures, skills and expertise are available to deliver the project.
Plan and direct projects - managing time, budget, and resources to meet project objectives.
Lead safety culture, initiatives, and performance for the project to achieve agreed targets.
Provide leadership to the project team demonstrating excellence in personal interaction, employee engagement, employee relations and teamwork.
Manage the financial performance of the project to achieve reliable forecasts and agreed targets.
Manage the performance of the project team to achieve targeted project outcomes.
Responsible for the overall safety, quality, and commercial outcome of projects.

What you will bringExtensive operational, construction or maintenance background within the resources industry.
Strong understanding in commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management (involving changes to scope, quantities, and timeframes).
5 years minimum experience in a similar role.
Understand and deliver the core elements of managing a major project.
Excellent people skills, with demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to facilitate collaboration between teams, whilst working autonomously.
Lead a team and deliver team management activities required for a project to achieve a highly productive and cohesive team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
