    Assistant Venue Manager - Moonee Ponds

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following

    • Lead and inspire a high-volume team to deliver exceptional service
    • Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and excellence
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
    • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and booked in talent
    • Co-ordinate rosters with understanding of labour costs
    • Oversee smooth co-ordination of bookings and functions
    • Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
    • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
    • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
    • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and cocktails is a plus
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere
