Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight
Oversee incident investigations and ensure systemic corrective actions.
Ensure consistent application of Critical Safety Controls (CSCs).
Support contractor onboarding by assessing subcontractor HSE submissions, lead onboarding meetings and SWMS reviews and conducting site surveillance.
Co-ordinate and lead assurance activities including audits, inspections, and reviews. - Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with clients ,regulators,and internal stakeholders .< br >Communicate HSE performance,risks,and improvement plans.
Su pport cultural change initiativesand psychological safety programs..< br >Ensure alignment with Service Stream's valuesand leadership behaviours < li >Systems & Reporting
Overs e e use o f Enablon ,InjuryMaster ,an d ot her digital HSE tools .< br >Ens ure com pliance wit h ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001 ,ISO 45001 .. F SC requirements.
