Project Architect required for a nationalAustralasian practice with a solid reputationfor delivering quality projects, particularly in the health, education, retail, seniors livingand housingsectors. This role would suit someone withstrong all-round skills, a good design eye and knowledge of different Seniors Living models.
The successful candidate will ideally haveexperience running small-medium scale projects as the Project Architect and be able to manage a small team from concept through to construction, whilst also remaininghands on.

Key Responsibilities

• Run small-medium projects from Conceptto Construction stage
• Coordinate consultants
• Manage a small team
• Act as the point of contact with client and stakeholders
• Use Revit to produce all required drawings and documentation
