    Job Title: Solutions Architect

    The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of technical solutions for the Payday Super initiative.

    About the Role

    This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient systems to support faster superannuation processing for millions of Australians.

    • Develop and document end-to-end architectural solutions to meet the requirements of the Payday Super initiative.
    • Ensure alignment of technical designs with program objectives, compliance needs, and industry standards.
    • Design seamless integration between diverse components of the SG ecosystem, including payroll systems, clearing houses, super funds, and the ATO.
    • Facilitate real-time data processing and reporting to support the accelerated timelines of Payday Super.
    • Provide guidance to development teams on implementing architectural solutions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in large-scale, compliance-driven environments.
    • Strong expertise in system integration, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
    • Deep understanding of superannuation systems, payroll systems, and financial services architecture.
    • Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.

    What We Offer

    • Estimated salary: $140-$170 per hour (inc. super)

    • Hybrid work from home arrangements available and flexible

    • Contract extensions: 3 x 12 months
