    About The Position

    Embark on a culinary journey as the Head Chef in scenic Pakenham. Surrounded by lush landscapes and a thriving community, this role promises an ideal blend of career fulfillment and quality lifestyle.

    Position Description

    • Lead kitchen operations with creativity and precision.
    • Develop innovative menus showcasing seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients.
    • Manage kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and skill development.
    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
    • $85,000 + Super
    • 3 big days / 2 half days

    Position Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume establishment.
    • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and passion for culinary innovation.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Buffet experience and Asian Cuisine experience is preferred but not necessary
