    We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our team With our rapid expansion, we need a skilled individual to spearhead the planning, design, and timely delivery of our products. This position is pivotal to enhance our core solutions and technology platform and, in turn, empower internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet diverse market demands. As a key player, you will align customer feedback with technical and business strategies for prioritisation on product roadmaps, establish strong customer channels, ensure rigorous product management processes, and grow team expertise.

    Your success in this role hinges on a strong understanding of how to discover, validate, size, and shape solutions in a B2B SaaS business model to build an extensible technology platform. Our training is fast-paced, designed to enable you to work confidently not only with the software but the wider company.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Implement our product roadmap by outlining the key milestones and deliverables of the product development process, as well as the timeline for each.
    • Ensure products are marketable, customer-focused, and profitable. Additionally, you will help to foster a culture of innovation.
    • Play a key role in executing and scaling our product development process, as well as the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Guide the development of new products or features from ideation to launch - opportunity analysis, product specifications, conducting user research, and overseeing the development process across one or more squads.
    • Establish and maintain channels with our customers at all levels to ensure we capture needs, wants, and emerging signals that our product roadmap can support.
    • Understand and analyse industry needs and trends, along with keeping a pulse on the competitive landscape.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • You are an experienced Product Manager with 3+ years of proven expertise in discovering, validating, scoping, delivering, and launching complex B2B products. Experience managing a roadmap of more than a single product line, delivering B2B products across multiple geographies and/or market segments, engaging with third-party developers on platform integration, and exposure to platform-led product strategy environments is highly regarded.
    • You are highly proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies which is essential.
    • You possess an analytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex data.
    • You are inherently curious and thrive in ambiguous situations, adopting a mindset of "building it if it doesn't exist" with ease.
    • You have demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, customers as well as prominent industry and business leaders.
    • You possess strong skills in creating documentation and educational materials.
    • You have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
