    Key Responsibilities
    As a Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Leading and managing a team of maintenance and support staff
    • Developing and implementing maintenance plans, schedules, and budgets
    • Demonstrate empathy whilst talking to residents
    • Ensuring high levels of occupancy
    • Identifying and addressing maintenance needs
    • Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors
    • Providing timely and accurate reporting to senior management

    Skills and Experience

    • Good customer service skills
    • Sounds knowledge of building services
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to prepare budgets and develop scopes of work
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
