The Role

As a Trade Counter Sales Representative and the face of the company, your primary responsibility will be assisting customers at the trade counter, offering product advice, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Including:

Greet and assist customers at the trade counter, providing product information and recommendations.
Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, promoting products, and building strong relationships with customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote additional products or services to meet customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
Keep updated with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Contribute to team goals and objectives by achieving individual sales

Salary $60-70K+ super and commission

You

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail environment, preferably within the security or technology industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Knowledge of security surveillance products and technologies is desirable but not essential.
Proficiency in computer skills
