- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Architect or similar role
- Strong expertise in Dynamics CRM/365 customization, configuration, and integration
- Experience in designing and delivering complex CRM solutions
- In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics CRM platform, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
- Proficient in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript
- Experience with Azure Services and Power Platform
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are preferred
