- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to determine record-keeping needs and to ensure best practice records management requirements and standards
- Be responsible for the management, creation, storage and retrieval of electronic and physical records
- Assist with reporting on the Department's records, data and information management compliance
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work as part of a small and welcoming team
- Previous experience in working with an electronic information management system such as SharePoint
- While not mandatory it would be beneficial to have Certificate IV (or higher) qualification within the Records and/or Information Management field.
