    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer who will be responsible for accounts receivables, debt management, managing rebates, reconciliations, and general finance and admin tasks for the department.

    Duties:

    • Processing and management of accounts receivables - maintain files and records, assist with enquiries
    • Process, reconcile, manage and report on AR budgets
    • Track incomes/ expenses and manage profit/ loss
    • Assist Auditors with enquiries
    • Maintain positive relationships with stores and suppliers

    About You:

    • Currently working in a similar Accounts/ Finance position
    • Previously managed AR /AP duties and debt collection under tight deadlines
    • High attention to detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work autonomously and in teams
