    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Lead to join our Sydney CBD team. This role works closely with our Occupiers Services Team and Sydney directors. It ensures the efficient operation of our corporate sites while upholding the excellent delivery of front of house and guest management experiences.

    You will be an active communicator, innovative thinker and hold a high level of commercial acumen. Providing excellent service, and ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently comes naturally to you.

    Some of the key responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborate with Occupiers Services Team to align office operations with business requirements.
    • Oversee corporate hospitality, front of house and event facilities to enhance the Colliers brand and drive growth.
    • Cultivate constructive and harmonious relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless business to business delivery.
    • Drive continual improvement in office management services during a current operational discovery phase by investigating contemporary solutions and working alongside multiple stakeholders.
    • Go-to onsite contact for facilities and property queries, business process and initiatives.
    • Oversee the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services.
    • Monitor onsite health, safety and risk management.
    • Support and manage Front of House/Guest Services personnel.
    • Maintain and actively participate in business services including operational data set management, supplier invoices and onboarding/offboarding.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in office management, corporate hospitality, soft services management, or similar role.
    • Demonstrated people management skills, and strong experience in leading and engaging a team.
    • The highest levels of customer service and performance standards
    • Excellent organisational, client relationship and people management skills
    • High level of commercial acumen, financial aptitude, and the ability to resolve issues and work to tight deadlines within a changing environment.
