Look no further We're on the hunt for a vibrant and imaginative Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team at ACE Training and MultiSkills Training, reporting to our Werribee office.

With two exciting brands under our umbrella, we're on a mission to redefine the digital experience. As the Social Media and Creative Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our online presence, weaving narratives that resonate with our digital audience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Content Maestro:
      • Develop eye-catching creatives and multimedia content for our two distinct brands across various social media platforms.
      • Craft compelling copy that captivates and sparks conversations.
    • Structured Content Calendar:
      • Implement and adhere to a meticulously planned content schedule, ensuring consistency and relevance.
      • Monitor trends and industry developments to infuse fresh ideas into our content strategy.
    • On-Site Magic Maker:
      • Embrace the hybrid nature of the role by working on-site to capture authentic and engaging content.
      • Collaborate with teams on-site to bring the brand to life through captivating visuals.
    • Collaboration Maestro:
      • Work closely with our Head of Marketing, digital agency, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between on-site content creation and brand messaging.
      • Foster collaboration with other departments for diverse perspectives and ideas.
    • Independent Strategic Thinker:
      • Able to work independently, strategise, and plan for social media activities without much guidance.
      • Structure ROI-centric campaigns

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent.
    • Enthusiastic about social media and digital trends.
    • Creative flair and a keen eye for design, with hands-on experience using graphic and video design tools.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your tone to resonate with different brand voices.
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Basic understanding of analytics to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.

    Software Skills:

    • HubSpot
    • Canva
    • Adobe e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.
    • Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube

    Working Rights:

    • You will need to have existing working rights in Australia
