    To drive further growth, this new position will report to the CEO and strategically lead business development initiatives, specifically in the Perth region.

    The role will source relationships with major clients and decision makers, developing new business opportunities across new sectors, product, services or clients within the recruitment, contracting or cultural inclusion business streams.

    Your commercial strengths and insights through research, evaluating proposed contracts and developing business cases for new business targets is key to your success.

    Further, your collaborative relationship and management interactions will enable both new market growth and development of existing relationships in established market segments.

    The role is pivotal in achieving Impact Services overarching strategy in creating a positive employee experience while cultivating a performance focused culture.

    You have a demonstrated knowledge of the professional services market with direct experience in client relationships, industry development and business growth.

    Your proven sales ability is underpinned by creativity and flair together with strong negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills.

    You are a relationship builder and your ability to develop client solutions with commercial acumen and discipline are key to success.
