The Group Financial Controller will
cover a number of highly successful businesses across a wide geographic International
region.
In this commercial and analytical role, you will be working directly
alongside the CEO.
As a proven finance leader, you will manage and mentor a
motivated, experienced and autonomous finance team, including both direct and indirect
reports, to ensure financial and compliance requirements are met.

The successful candidate will:
Ensure integrity of group financial reporting,
forecasting and analysis.
Work with the SLT to provide accurate financial
management reports to support key strategic planning, forecasting and
decision making.
Review business performance across the Group.
Assist the SLT with M&A analysis, due
diligence and business propositions.
Oversee existing finance systems, ensuring
effectiveness of processes and controls
Provide commercial support to management with
contract relationships.
Continued review of new finance processes and
systems and lead the integration of newly acquired businesses.
Support corporate finance team, and divisional
accounting teams.
Prepare annual budgets for the corporate
function.
Candidate Profile
CA/ACCA/CPA qualified, ideally with a
background in a Big 4 / Top tier audit firm combined with proven commercial
experience in a complex Group environment.
Ideally with International
experience.
Experienced with business M&A's.
Proven track record in technical leadership
and financial control.
Ability to engage with executives and shareholders,
working autonomously.
Strong capability in creating and implementing
new processes.
Ability to adapt to business changes in a
growing company.
Maintain and enhance control environment
across finance processes and procedures.
