- Demonstrated recent involvement in projects dealing with system implementation and their interdependencies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans for change and communication management that are in harmony with project and organisational goals.
- Perform impact assessments, pinpoint change requirements, and evaluate the readiness for change to effectively mitigate risks.
- Generate well-crafted and timely reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation essential for the CEO, ELT, Board, and other key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in various methodologies, frameworks, tools, and techniques pertinent to change (e.g., ADKAR).
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM/online media, analytics, web technology, mobile campaigns, community engagement, and the fundamental principles of creative and brand strategy.
- Demonstrated adaptability to working in a Public Sector environment, along with a thorough understanding of its accountability requirements.
- A tertiary qualification in Change, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience (e.g., Postgraduate certificate in Change Management, Prosci certification).
