  • 7-month contract
  • About the role
    This is a temporary/full-time position working 38 hours per week. This is a 7 month temporary position and will located at Bay & Basin Leisure Centre. Duties
    Reporting directly to the Precinct Coordinator - Central, the focus of this position is to:
  • Provide cleaning and property maintenance of Council buildings and assets, including park amenities, playgrounds, outdoor gym equipment, skate parks, rotundas and BBQs or as directed by the Precinct Coordinator.
  • Perform general maintenance, gardening & land care as required.
  • Skills & Experience
    To be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:
  • Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) and/or 3 years. demonstrated experience in commercial/industrial cleaning.
  • Current National WHS Construction Card (WorkCover).
  • Class C Driver's Licence (Class MR or LR licence desirable).
  • Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
