    An exciting opportunity has become available for a Analytics Analyst to work within the Workforce module of the Pulse ERP.

    The Position
    The Pulse Mining Systems Analytics Analyst is a key client-facing role.

    Working closely with the Workforce module team to analyse current systems and data to identify and document new requirements, recognising the need for enhancements or modifications if necessary.

    The role also includes testing development changes, Client Training and UAT as well as supporting clients using the workforce product with their end-to-end payroll process and HR needs.

    Collaborating with Product / systems leads to ensure system enhancements and modifications are coordinated across the full environment, the Analytics Analyst contributes to the functional and technical design, prototyping and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).

    The Analytics Analyst is responsible for identifying and applying innovative approaches to resolving ERP and data and analytics challenges faced by Clients.

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar position or be a subject matter expert in both the managing and processing of HR, payroll within various payroll systems.

    You will need to possess excellent analytical skills with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise, consult, negotiate and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
