Our client, Ekebol Australia Pty Ltd, a successful truck body builder is looking for experienced fabricators/ welders or boilermakers. Ekebol is located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and has been producing high quality truck bodies for over 45 years in Australia for both the national and international markets.
As a welder/boilermaker with Ekebol you would be able to see the tow trucks that you helped fabricate all over Australia You would also know that work you do is highly regarded by those in the industry.
To produce a high-quality product, we need quality people. So for this role, you would need to have experience fabricating components from technical drawings including cutting, jigging, MIG welding, and finishing. Experience in manufacturing high quality consumer products in a workshop factory environment and trade qualified is desirable. However, further training would be available to the right applicant. (Third plus year apprentices will be considered.)
Must understand, demonstrate and apply high quality control methods, and safe work procedures.
Prior experience in the heavy vehicle manufacturing or vehicle body building industry is a further advantage.
Attractive above award rates of pay are offered (dependent on experience), within a stable, friendly work environment. Overtime work currently available.
