    RequirementsAbout the role

    Reporting into the Business Partner - ANZ, you will work closely with the senior leaders of the business to foster a high-performance culture, drive employee engagement and deliver key outcomes for Civica's people strategy and objectives.


    Specifically, you will:


    Partner with business leaders and managers to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs, facilitating the use of new and existing tools to support and deliver outcomes.

    Provide advice, coaching and guidance to leaders to enable them to make informed decisions on matters relating to succession planning, organisational change, talent management, people strategy, culture and engagement.

    Identify opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness and deliver associated HR projects.
    Implement change and transformation activities across the business.

    Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, making recommendations to drive business performance and positive outcomes for our people.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the broader People Team and business leaders.

    About you

    As the successful People Partner, you will possess:
    Proven advisory or partnering experience in human resources, ideally within a global, matrix environment.
    Bachelor's Degree qualification in Human Resources.
    Strong working knowledge of Australia's employment law framework and experience in navigating a union environment with an EBA.
    Experience in planning and executing projects and change management initiatives
    Highly developed communication skills with ability to influence and adjust your style to your audience.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, and proven experience in building trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
    Business acumen and aptitude to apply a commercial lens to people advice and decisions.
    Data literacy and proficiency to analyse data, identify trends and communicate insights.
