About the role MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Home-Based Care Support Worker in Wimmera Southwest to assist children and young people along with their carer families by providing safe transport to placements appointments education and family visits supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing and engaging them in meaningful activities Reporting to the Home-Based Care Coordinator or Senior Case Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring safety confidentiality and quality care while working collaboratively with carers families and colleagues This is a casual opportunity based in Warrnambool within our Home-Based Care program
