    Unter der Aufsicht des Site Quality Managers ist der Site Quality Supervisor für die Überwachung der Qualitätsprozesse am Standort, die Umsetzung von Qualitätskontrollmaßnahmen und die Ermittlung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten verantwortlich.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    • Unterstützung und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung des Qualitätssystems am Standort in Übereinstimmung mit der Qualitätspolitik des Unternehmens Voith und den vertraglichen Anforderungen.
    • Unterstützung und Umsetzung eines Systems zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, das sicherstellt, dass Ursachenanalysen am Standort ordnungsgemäß eingeleitet und aufrechterhalten werden.
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Montageteam vor Ort und der Technik, um sicherzustellen, dass die Arbeiten sicher und in Übereinstimmung mit den Qualitätsstandards, den Kundenanforderungen, dem Zeitplan und dem Budget abgeschlossen werden.
    • Sicherstellen, dass alle QA/QC-Inspektionen und -Tests in Übereinstimmung mit dem Qualitätsplan durchgeführt werden: Teilnahme an Inspektionen gemäß den Inspektions- und Testplänen (ITPs), Sicherstellen der entsprechenden Ressourcen und Koordinieren von Tests, die von spezialisierten Dienstleistern durchgeführt werden (z. B. zerstörungsfreie Prüfung (NDT)).
    • Durchführung von detaillierten Aufzeichnungen über Qualitätskontrollprozesse, Prüfergebnisse und ergriffene Korrekturmaßnahmen.
    • Sicherstellung der Qualifikation von Schweißern und Prüfern und Führung der entsprechenden Dokumentation.
    • Beteiligung an Anträgen auf Nichtkonformität und technische Änderungen am Standort, effiziente und zeitnahe Durchführung und Verfolgung von QS-Korrekturmaßnahmen.
    • Vervollständigung und Vollständigkeit der Datenbücher, Kontrolle und Archivierung der Qualitätsdokumentation am Standort.
    • Sicherstellung der Kalibrierung von Messinstrumenten und Überwachung der Einhaltung der Vorschriften.
    • Durchführung von Audits und Inspektionen am Standort.
    • Unterstützung des Standortteams bei den QS-Prozessen, der kurz- und mittelfristigen Arbeitsplanung, den Konstruktions-/Installationsverfahren und allen anderen Bereichen

    Ihr Profil

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement oder gleichwertige Branchenerfahrung.
    • Fähigkeit, den Projekterfolg mit Fokus auf HSE, Qualität, Zeitplan und Budget voranzutreiben.
    • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Qualität bei großen Wasserkraftprojekten oder in ähnlichen Branchen. Erfahrung im Bereich Bau und/oder E&M ist erforderlich. Erfahrung auf dem australischen Markt ist wünschenswert.
    • Gute technische und betriebliche Kenntnisse von QA/QC-Systemen im Einklang mit ISO:9001.
    • Kooperativer Teamplayer mit kunden- und menschenorientiertem Ansatz, verantwortungsbewusst und lösungsorientiert.
    • Proaktive Denkweise bei der Antizipation von Herausforderungen und der Erarbeitung strategischer Problemlösungen.
    • Umfassende Computerkenntnisse mit guten Kenntnissen in Microsoft Office. SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert.
    • Wir setzen sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift voraus.

    Bedingungen vor Ort

    • Ein typischer Dienstplan von 14 Tagen vor Ort, 7 Tage frei.
    • Ein typischer Arbeitsplan von 10 Stunden pro Tag, 7 Tage pro Woche.
    • Unterkunft im Camp wird gestellt.
