    Job Description About the role

    We are looking for someone to deliver and conduct Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance tests for the Med Health Group on a monthly and quarterly basis to assess financial reporting controls and procedures.

    Some of what you'll be doing
    Implement processes to support the delivery of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance tests on a fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis
    Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance tests are carried out within set timeframes as per Med Health processes and procedures
    Liaise with relevant stakeholders to gather appropriate information to support testing
    Reporting and monitoring of non-conformances, working with the relevant business units to ensure timely corrective action
    Provide testing feedback and work with business units to ensure identified areas for improvement are addressed and actioned
    Assist with the development and implementation of new processes to ensure compliance standards
    Review and support the development of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards
    Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
    Maintain a customer focus at all times and a commitment to deliver service excellence
    Qualifications Your background
    Qualifications and Experience
    Tertiary Qualifications in Finance or related is highly desirable
    Specific Knowledge and Skills
    Knowledge of applicable financial standards highly regarded
    Compliance testing experience highly regarded
    Personal Characteristics
    Strong organisational and time management skills
    Proficiency in use of computers and various computer formats
    A demonstrated high level of written and oral communication skills
    Experience within a house of brands business approach, and proficient stakeholder communication within this model
    Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
    Ability to deliver and work within set timeframes
