- Carry out wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans

- You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- Have experience in a clinical leadership role
- Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
- Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently

About the role
BaptistCare Niola Centre is hiring a permanent full time and part timeRegistered Nurse. Relocation benefits- $5000 accommodation and $3000 relocation bonus available for any candidates relocating in Parkes. Deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care, to help our residents live meaningful lives with a team that cares.
As an RN you'll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous hours worked ranging from $42.85-$ super + applicable penalties + salary packaging. RN Sponsorship available
