Based in impressive offices the Eastern Suburbs, they have a significant and growing client base in Sydney East, NSW Central Coast, and the Illawarra-Wollongong regions.
They offer in-house design capabilities and extensive experience in high-end residential construction, covering a wide range of project types from commercial to residential. This small team of Architectural Technicians and designers operate as a stand alone entity, serving the D&C business.
The Role
They are now looking to appoint a Design Leader/Director to help them develop and grow their internal design team.
This role will require a NSW Registered Architect who has 10 years in professional practice, with a talent for designing luxury single home as well and small to mid-sized class 2 residential buildings.
Soft skills are important for this role, because there is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to grow this business into competing for external design projects, while enjoying an equity stake in the business.
The ideal candidate will possess a natural ability for business development, while relishing the opportunity pitch successfully to clients, while creating a 'buzz' around their projects.
