The Role In this position, you will provide mentorship, solve complex problems, and manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Your Impact As a Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Work closely with the Software Development team and Product Managers on the development and enhancement of OSI's products.

Actively contribute ideas for product improvements and solutions to technology challenges.
Show a passion for continued learning, and staying abreast of new technology and trends.
Deliver well-crafted code supporting consistent user experience and product quality.
Provide leadership and guidance to entry level developers.
Finding creative solutions to problems.
What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related technical field.

5+ years of progressive software development experience:
Developing interactive web applications using Java Script and/or Typescript Developing and using RESTful web services.
Knowledge of relational databases and source control systems.
Ability to work in a cross-platform environment (Windows and Redhat preferred).
Experience in identifying, communicating, and resolving problems in a collaborative, professional manner.
