    Are you a dynamic Employment Lawyer with a passion for litigation and dispute resolution? This company is a leading provider of workplace relations services and is looking for a senior lawyer with 2-4 years PQE. This job role is the opportunity to showcase your expertise in employment law while representing SME clients in various commissions, tribunals, and court proceedings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and skillfully represent clients in a range of legal matters, leveraging your extensive knowledge in employment law, litigation, and dispute resolution.
    • Provide quality case preparation and representation in commissions, tribunals, and court proceedings.
    • Offer strategic advice and assistance to clients and internal/external stakeholders, supporting their objectives and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
    • Collaborate with management and the team, playing a crucial role in achieving core business objectives and facilitating internal training initiatives.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2-4 years post-qualification experience, specializing in employment law, litigation, and dispute resolution.
    • Proven track record in handling all aspects of case preparation and representation in various legal settings.
    • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, enabling you to develop compelling legal strategies and present persuasive arguments in court.
    • Sound knowledge of employment legislation, compliance requirements, and best practices.
    • Strong ability to provide strategic advice and assistance to clients, guiding them towards optimal outcomes while minimizing legal risks.
    • Natural leadership qualities with the ability to support and mentor junior team members.
    • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • A commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive legal matters.
