    About the Role:

    As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in growing their capability in WA, steering complex projects to success, applying your deep understanding of civil engineering principles within the environmental sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading design teams, managing project deliverables, and ensuring that all engineering solutions not only meet but exceed environmental and client standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
    • Provide expert advice and consultancy services to our diverse client base, helping them navigate their most challenging environmental and engineering issues.
    • Foster relationships with new and existing clients, enhancing the consultancy's reputation and contributing to its growth.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments and innovations, continuously advancing our practices and offerings.

    What We're Looking For:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a Master's degree being highly desirable.
    • A minimum of 10 years' experience in civil engineering, with a significant portion within the environmental sector.
    • Proven consulting experience, demonstrating an ability to manage projects and deliver practical, innovative solutions.
    • Strong leadership qualities, with a track record of mentoring junior engineers and leading teams to success.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to a varied audience, including stakeholders and team members.
    • A commitment to sustainability and an understanding of the environmental impacts related to civil engineering projects.
    • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or the ability to obtain registration.
