    In this role some of the key accountabilities are: Managing the facilities management function of the Sterling Property portfolio.

    Managing, leading, and developing the Facilities Management team to achieve operational and delivery excellence and compliance across the portfolio, through the implementation of standardised systems and procedures, regardless of the asset.

    Supporting the Head of Asset Services to deliver a full range of Property Management and Facilities Management services to our internal and external clients.

    Assisting the Head of Asset Services with overseeing the OH&S function and its operation, via risk management strategies across the portfolio.

    Minimum five (5) years' experience within maintenance operations and or FM operations.
    A proven ability to achieve set targets and exceed targets.
    Current driver's license and able to provide your own comprehensively insured motor vehicle for work purposes.
    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, tenants, contractors and supplies.
    Possess excellent organisational and planning skills.
    Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
    The ability to handle a portfolio of assets manage and lead a team.
    Demonstrated negotiation, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
    Understanding of relevant computer system Cirrus 8 FMBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
    Qualification in Building and Construction or a related discipline.
