    General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)

    Specializing in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, SYSPRO Enterprise Resource Planning software provides the solutions, processes, and tools to assist manufacturers and distributors to manage data and gain key business insights. Shaped by our global expertise, SYSPRO is designed to make things possible.

    Qualifications & experience

    • Bachelors degree in a related field
    • 5 years SYSPRO product experience
    • 2 years SYSPRO channel experience

    Tasks & responsibilities

    • Grow and mature the partner channel in Australia
    • Build an agile dynamic team with a foundation of solution and technical expertise and a value-add mindset
    • Delight our customers with market relevant expertise leveraging a collaborative specialised partner community
    • Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, targeting new logos in the target markets and expanding existing customer relationships and revenue opportunities
    • Build winning culture in region
    • Drive customer first culture and self-starter, value add mindset
    • Assume full accountability Australia P&L
    • Competitive fixed and variable reward package
