- Act as a role model to other staff, providing coaching and mentoring where required

- Assist to coordinate and maintain a quality system and strive for continuous improvement
- Maintain a strong resident focus and an empathetic and compassionate approach with residents and families
- Lead from the front and delegate tasks appropriately amongst staff
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
- Ability to lead your colleagues, and build effective relationships with residents, and their families
- Proficiency in clinical documentation in line with nursing competency standards

We are seeking Registered Nurses to provide leadership and supervision to our dedicated Care Workers. You will be responsible for leading our team in the delivery of person-centred care, providing guidance and acting as a point of escalation for issues. With effective interpersonal skills and the ability to keep calm in high-pressure situations, you will provide quality individualised nursing care.
These are night duty shifts areRNIC shifts which requires previous experience working in Aged Care.
We currently have 11 vacant shifts available including weekends
