    Sydney Water has partnered with Delivering 4 Customers (D4C), a consortium comprising of Service stream Maintenance, Service stream utilities to deliver; design, construct, maintenance and facilities management services as part of the Partnering 4 Success(P4S) program in Sydney Water's Southern Region of Sydney.

    What are we looking for?

    D4C is seeking a talented Digital Support Agent with a range of skills to join our team.

    We are looking for a team member who is going to support the technical infrastructure, day-to-day end-user IT support and maintenance and administration of IT Systems for D4C in a professional and competent manner such that it can provide a high level of service to the business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively work on the internal Helpdesk, triaging and documenting incidents and requests in JIRA Service Desk.
    • Administer and maintain Active Directory and O365 records.
    • Communicate technical issues to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner, both in writing and verbally.
    • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and notice of transfer for users in Okta.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment, systems, and programming techniques appropriate to the organization.
    • Image devices for both Apple and Windows platforms and provide hardware and software support for Windows and Apple systems.

    Requirements:

    • Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
    • Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues such as printer problems, network connectivity issues, and software installations.
    • Familiarity with Active Directory for user management and authentication.
    • Proficiency in Office 365 applications and troubleshooting common issues.
    • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience with Intune for device management.
    • Understanding of Apple macOS environments and proficiency with JAMF for macOS device management.
    • Ability to perform hardware break-fix tasks, including diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral.
