    Your Role

    Within our Spare Parts team, we are looking for an experienced Internal Salesperson for the for our Spare Parts range. Working with a diverse range of customers across markets like mining, energy, and manufacturing industries, you will be able to provide exceptional customer service to make our customers lives easier.

    Our Spare Parts team help our customers by making sure we can get their orders to them when they need them and provide support to our distributors across the entire spare parts range.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up lost Customers.
  • Follow up quotations.
  • Reply Swiftly to enquiries, communicate if there are delays.
  • Process parts orders and quotations, returns and credit requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support Customer requests to achieve best possible outcome.


    • To succeed, you will need

  • 1-2 years' Experience in a customer service based or internal sales role, within a technical or service-related industry advantageous.
  • Strong commitment to customer service with the motivation to improve customer experience.
  • Results oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
  • Exceptional administrative, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office, CRM (C4C) and SAP software would be advantageous.
