Position Overview:
We seek a Managing Principal Lawyer to provide expert legal support to the Education & Enforcement Division, focusing on achieving strategic enforcement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support to the Education & Enforcement Division.
Review evidence and legal documentation.
Manage prosecutions, including negotiation.
Appear in court proceedings.
Collaborate with stakeholders

ResilienceQualifications and Experience:
Admitted as an Australian Lawyer.
5+ years post-qualification experience.
Multi-disciplinary team experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and file management
Desired Experience:
In-depth knowledge of the Victorian justice system.
