- Contributing to Privacy native initiatives in the Trust Experience squad by design, developing, and testing, and deploying high-quality iOS applications
- Supporting the Delivery Lead on planning and tracking progress and quality.
- Supporting an after-hours on-call roster
- Engaging with the wider native community across the organisation, identifying opportunities to share and learn
- An appreciation of software engineering principles and a can-do attitude with an ability to own problems and see things through.
- Demonstrated experience in software engineering using Swift. Kotlin is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with platform APIs and UI toolkits on iOS such as SwiftUI, UIKit and Foundation APIs
- A passion for iOS and an intrigue in Android
- An interest in the privacy domain
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members
- Communicate technical concepts and challenges to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of software design patterns and best practices for software development
- Demonstrated experience using common testing practices
- Demonstrated understanding of common mobile application architectures
- Active contribution to technical decision-making process
- Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
- Coaching less experienced members
- Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one)
