    Description

    Becoming an Integrated Practice Leader at Upper Murray Family Care (UMFC) could be a career-defining move for you.

    This part-time role, available for 28 hours per week, offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families.

    The successful candidate will drive integrated practice across The Orange Door, providing expert advice and guidance on complex cases. They will also work to build the capability of The Orange Door workforce to deliver an integrated response to family violence, child and family wellbeing, and adults using violence.

    To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification, as well as experience in leading practice within complex service delivery contexts. You should also have the ability to work collaboratively to drive cultural change and an understanding of how to build and establish effective practice cultures.

    You will be responsible for ensuring brokerage is utilized appropriately to support clients and maintaining accurate records. This requires demonstrated expertise in relevant disciplines, including knowledge of the drivers/causes of family violence, child development, attachment, and trauma theories.
