    So, what's the job?This role will be responsible for the planning, leading, organising and motivating of IT and business teams, to deliver Cyber & Security projects on time and within budget.

    This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of Cyber & Security projects and initiatives at Cover-More In this role you will: Facilitate communication between technical teams and project sponsors Define, communicate, and confirm agreement to project context and objectives with all key stakeholders Actively work with stakeholder teams, including third parties, to increase certainty of delivery Understand stakeholder expectations and project outcomes up front and deliver with pace and clarity Develop and manage project plans and related artifacts to determine the duration, sequencing, and dependencies for the project schedule.

    Ensure schedule alignment with all approved change requests, constraints, and risks Evaluate requirements and assist technical teams in defining action plans for successful project outcomes Ensure solutions are aligned with Enterprise Architecture principles and IT Security Framework.

    Determine project resourcing capacity and capability requirements across all cybersecurity projects and initiatives working in collaboration with portfolio delivery managers and project managers Ensure project management and communication is done in a systematic way during the lifecycle of the project and aligned with the CMG Project & Portfolio Management framework.

    Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans; Maintain a RAID register and appropriate reporting / management process Contribute to embedding 'cyber ways of working' within the Cover-More Group And what are we looking for?To be successful in this role you will need: Project planning, governance and project finance experience E2 E IT Project lifecycle management from ideation to execution and embedding into BAUExperience in implementing scaled applications and infrastructure in large organisations Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies (SAFe or similar)Experience leading teams of both technical and business orientation together with planning and managing stakeholder engagement Experience working across a number of timezones including Europe, UK, Canada, Argentina, United States and New Zealand Degree in Computer Science, Project Management or equivalent certification Certification and recent experience in either PRINCE2, Agile Scrum and/or PMPExperience in managing multiple stakeholders Extensive experience and can demonstrate success in developing and implementing long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful project outcomes Demonstrated critical thinking and practical application into project plans considering risk management frameworks Experience of delivering business change with a significant IT component.
