    An outstanding opportunity is now available for a seasoned CRM Marketing Manager. The selected candidate will lead the strategic development and digital transformation of a top-tier CRM platform, targeting both direct consumers and healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include:
    • Crafting and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, maximizing lifetime value.
    • Leading customer journey mapping and analysis to improve loyalty and retention across multiple contact points.
    • Managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from planning to execution and performance analytics.
    • Innovating segmentation and testing approaches across various channels to optimise marketing efforts and revenue.
    • Developing automated marketing triggers and personalised content based on detailed customer behavior analysis.
    • Conducting A/B testing for channel enhancement and defining marketing metrics for optimal path-to-purchase tracking.
    About You:
    The ideal candidate will have:
    • 5-8 years of relevant experience in CRM, ideally within consumer-facing sectors like e-commerce or retail.
    • A proven track record in CRM planning, journey building, and customer lifecycle management.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead in complex, matrixed organisations and influence stakeholders across various functions and regions.
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex CRM concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
