    As the Store Manager you will be a brand ambassador for this beautiful and elegant boutique in Bowral. You will provide exceptional and engaging customer experiences & lead your team of stylists and sales team to do the same. You will drive the team to build genuine customer connections, exceed KPI targets as well as foster their growth both personally & professionally.

    • Previous experience in luxury or premium womens fashion ESSENTIAL
    • Strong communication skills to lead, coach & influence your team
    • Excellent store & personal presentation standards
    • Incredible client relations and styling skills
    • The ability to drive a positive culture & team environment
    • Strong understanding of KPI's and their impact on the business
    • Proven history of being able to exceed store budgets and KPI's
    • Ability to manage your inventory, reports and wages
