About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and dependable Allied Health Professional to lead our cohesive and accomplished team in Townsville As a Team Leader at National 360, you will offer guidance to a diverse group of professionals, working together to impact the lives of others positively.
Our Team Leaders maintain their own caseload and deliver services in various settings such as homes, clinics, and communities. Additionally, they collaborate closely with other Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve business objectives related to client satisfaction, team growth and relationships, performance, and overall well-being.
If you are interested to progress your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.
