    Maintenance Planner - Mobile Maintenance Maintenance Planner - Mobile Maintenance Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy) Glencore's Mc Arthur River Mine (MRM) is a world class zinc lead mine with a long future.

    You'll find our mine in the Gulf of Carpentaria 900 km southeast of Darwin and 64 km from Borroloola.
    We produce and process zinc, lead and silver from our open cut mine.
    It is then stored and transported to our Bing Bong loading facility and shipped to our customers worldwide.
    Our customers use our essential commodities in everyday products for mobility, infrastructure and communications.
    We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Maintenance Planner.13% Super15 Day/13 Roster off Salary sacrificing vehicles.

    Accountabilities:

    Develop and implement maintenance planning & assessment for the mobile asset portfolio which define, program, and prioritise scheduled maintenance for each mobile asset with due consideration of criticality of equipment, sound financial principles and risks to customers and environment.

    Assist with root cause analysis for equipment failures and the implementation of remediation strategies.
    Ensure that the scheduling, execution, control, and closure of activities are carried out within the planned process.
    Managing off site repair of machines and components which are repairable.
    Responsible for the identifying and implementing continual improvements projects.
    Assist in team building and sharing of knowledge to build succession planning throughout the team.
    Identify and communicate key improvements within the planned parts process.
    Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
    Manage spare parts and alignment between the maintenance department and warehouse.

    Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Train employees on how to use the CMMS.

    Develop scope for contracting services and supplying materials and equipment.

    Qualifications:
    Mobile trade, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree with 5 years experience as a maintenance professional.
    High-level understanding of maintenance practices and work management.
    Advanced computer skills and ability to learn and implement new software.
    Mining industry experience Technical qualification in Maintenance Planning/Asset Management.
    SAP-PM Key user At MRM, we support the Northern Territory first, and Territorian applicants or those prepared to relocate.
