Accommodation Attendant Position at NRMA Forster Tuncurry Holiday Park

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Accommodation Attendant to join our team at NRMA Forster Tuncurry Holiday Park.

Job Description

This role involves maintaining the highest possible standards and presentation of accommodation, including general cleaning, disposing of rubbish, cleaning bathrooms and mirrors, changing linen and bedding, and completing room checklists. The successful candidate must be able to work unsupervised with a "hands on" approach and have a suitable level of fitness.

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of cabins, villas, and facilities
• Dispose of rubbish
• Cleaning of bathrooms and all mirrors
• Changing of linen and bedding
• Vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of outdoor and indoor areas
• Spot cleaning
• The cleaning of furnishings and fittings
• Completing room checklists
• Advising of any maintenance or WHS issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of basic hygiene requirements and safe working procedures
• Able to work unsupervised with a "hands on" approach
• Suitable level of fitness
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team or autonomously

About This Role

This position offers variable hours, ranging from 20-35 hours per week, with the possibility of working a roster across a fortnight, including some weekends and public holidays.
